Debra A. Turner
RN, CLNC, CEO
Ms. Turner is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant with nearly 30 years of nursing experience. Since 1978 she has held a wide variety of nursing positions within various healthcare institutions. Her nursing background includes medical-surgical nursing, critical care, telephone triage, intermediate care facilities and long term care. Her most recent experience includes creating and implementing medical record audits to ensure compliance with NCQA and URAC standards.
Working in a variety of settings has helped her to build a strong knowledge base and provide powerful case support for you. She achieved National Certification as a CLNCŪ through the Vickie Milazzo Institute.
In 2007 Ms. Turner founded Debra Turner & Associates, a Medical Legal Consulting firm. Her firm assists attorneys, insurance companies and third party administrators in medical malpractice, personal injury, workers compensation and other cases involving health issues.
Carmen L. Colon
BA, RN, LNC
Ms. Colon is a Legal Nurse consultant with 36 years experience. Since 1969 Ms. Colon has practiced in a wide variety of positions in various healthcare settings. This experience includes case manager for HMO, critical care, home health, educator of diabetes, CAD, heart failure and hypertension and complimentary healing methods. Her BA is a special major in Culture and Healthcare.
